Digital Experience Executive - Bristol

Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft is looking to recruit a Digital Experience Executive to join our clients & markets team in Bristol.

The Digital Experience Executive is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team. This role provides support for the management and development of digital experiences across our website, microsites and internal hubs.

Day-to-day a key focus for this role will be uploading and publishing content, images and collateral to our digital sites and ensuring all content is on brand, compliant and optimised. The Digital Experience Executive will also work with Clients and Markets teams to design and build campaign landing pages, optimising the experience whilst being mindful about accessibility, brand and data capture. The role will support the delivery of best-in-class digital experience for DAC Beachcroft, working alongside various teams within Clients and Markets, Business Services and the wider firm, as well as our trusted digital partners and agencies.

Role Responsibility

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide ongoing digital estate support for colleagues in Clients and Markets, Business Services and the wider business.
  • Upload and publish content, images, and assets on to digital channels such as the DACB website, microsites and internal hubs.
  • Provide digital support for firm-wide, marketing and BD campaigns, such as designing, configuring, optimising and monitoring landing pages and microsites.
  • Work closely with our in-house design team to ensure digital platforms and sites are brand compliant and appropriate branding themes and templates are applied.
  • Support the optimisation of digital platforms and sites to ensure visitors get a high quality experience and best in class digital journey.
  • Collate and produce regular web analytics reports for the MODEI team and wider business.
  • Proactively use technology to improve and enhance DACB digital touchpoints to increase visibility, engagement and commercial opportunities.
  • Assist with implementing SEO strategy, to help optimise the website and external microsites and drive improvements in rankings and maximising organic traffic.
  • Suggest ideas for optimisation and improvement of the firms digital channels.
  • Support on website audits and quality assessments on an ongoing basis.
  • Support on the implementation and configuration of personalisation and workflows for integrated campaigns.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Support with the ongoing management of Google My Business accounts.
  • Provide digital training and guidance to colleagues within the Clients & Markets department.
  • Establish a strong working relationship with our digital agency partners, and ensure urgent technical issues are dealt with in an timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure content and data uploaded to our digital estate is in line with regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in website content administration, using a content management system (CMS) to upload content and create strong digital experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and a genuine interest in working with digital channels, with a focus on user experience, website management and analytics.
  • Proven digital experience, demonstrating innovative and creative ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to engage appropriately with colleagues in UK and international offices.
  • Proven ability to deal with external suppliers in an efficient, professional and effective manner, ensuring successful delivery of requirements.
  • Experience supporting digital projects from conception to production.
  • Ability to quality control own work and a keen eye for the smallest of details.
  • Strong analytical skills, and experience using Excel, web analytics software, including Google Analytics, heat mapping tools and SEO programmes.
  • Strong understanding of digital accessibility and W3C guidance.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR and data processing on digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web optimisation, SEO and digital touchpoints.
  • Able to work collaboratively, using a range of tools in a hybrid working environment.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to push beyond the expected and inspire creativity.
  • Knowledge of how to use technology to improve and enhance DACB digital touchpoints to increase visibility, engagement and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience using best practice, process management and risk mitigation in achieving quality and consistency within an organisation.
