International Marketing Coordinator

Job Introduction

As our International Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our international campaigns and activities, and driving engagement.

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to learn. 

You'll help execute multi-channel campaigns, craft engaging content, and leverage social media to increase our visibility. You'll also support email marketing efforts, track key performance metrics, and provide valuable administrative support to ensure the success of our team's objectives. 

Key responsibilities of the role:

Marketing Campaign Support - Assist in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, creating campaign assets, leveraging social media with the Communications team, and tracking campaign performance and KPIs.

Email Marketing - Collaborate with the wider marketing team and fee earning community to gather information/assets for email campaigns, manage CRM contact records, monitor email performance, create and edit multimedia content, and collaborate with content creators to produce engaging material.

Reporting and Analytics - Collaborate with the wider marketing team to assess campaign effectiveness and share insights.

Coordination and Support - Gather content for marketing initiatives, provide administrative support, handle marketing requests, and assist with organising international events.

Key Technical / Knowledge:
Essential
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working with different teams across the department, as well as our colleagues in UK and international offices
  • Proactive and able to work independently, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and an interest in editing videos
Desirable
  • Experience working in a marketing role, ideally in a professional services environment
  • A creative thinker, with the ability to push beyond the expected and inspire creativity
  • An awareness of digital marketing, with an interest in developing their skills
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp) and analytics tools (Google Analytics)
  • Understanding of Adobe package, especially InDesign, and ideally some experience in using this
  • Basic experience of using best practice, process management and risk mitigation in achieving quality and consistency within an organisation
  • Proficient in a second language
