Clients and Markets Administrator - Bristol
Job Introduction
DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy Clients and Markets marketing and business development team on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis in our Bristol office.
The Clients & Markets Administrator will provide general administrative support for the senior management team, working closely with the Deputy Director of Clients & Markets and Senior Manager (MODEI). You will undertake a range of tasks in this varied administrative role which is central to ensuring the smooth running of the department. Key aspects include helping with departmental events and communications, supporting administrative aspects of our digital and data projects, managing the headshot photography and profile process, supporting on document amendments and creating presentation slides. This role is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team.

Role Responsibility
- Support the Clients & Markets senior management team in general administration including arranging meetings, formatting documents, producing presentations, updating activity reports and team engagement projects
- Support internal team communication and administration including clients & markets team meetings and bi-annual team days, new starter induction, team learning & development and maintenance of 'how to' documents
- Support the communication of clients & markets activity across the firm including maintenance of the clients & markets intranet pages
- Support the administration of the firm wide legal directory process
- Support the professional headshot photography and profile/bio process
- Provide administration support across a range of digital and data projects and initiatives
- Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.

The Ideal Candidate
- Demonstrable administrative experience
- Good organisational skills and a genuine interest in working with different teams across the department
- Good interpersonal skills and be able to engage appropriately with colleagues in UK and international offices
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under own initiative, with a positive approach and attitude
- Conscientious, approachable, and enthusiastic
- Proven ability to cope with multiple tasks and prioritise appropriately
- Flexibility to undertake a variety of administrative tasks
- Good IT skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of reporting and document layout, and be willing to learn more advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Basic understanding of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn the demands and responsibilities of different teams across the department, to be able to best support them
- Ability to deal with external suppliers in an efficient, professional and effective manner
- Able to work collaboratively, using a range of tools in a hybrid working environment
- A creative thinker with the ability to push beyond the expected and inspire creativity
- Basic experience of using best practice, process management and risk mitigation in achieving quality and consistency within an organisation
