Client Development Executive
Job Introduction
DAC Beachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Development Executive to join our Clients & Markets team. This role can be based in any of our UK offices and will offer a flexible, hybrid-remote working pattern.
This opportunity focuses on the profitable growth of client relationships through driving our client development & listening programmes and embedding best practice across the firm.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Working with colleagues to identify opportunities to grow client relationships through client planning, gap analysis, relationship mapping, client feedback, marketing campaigns and client intelligence.
- Assisting colleagues to capitalise on these opportunities, for example, through supporting proposals, undertaking client listening and developing capability statements, commitments documents (in response to client feedback) and client plans.
- Supporting the growth, delivery and evaluation of client listening activities.
- Help promote effective use of client development tools - client listening, CRM database Intapp OnePlace and Client Engagement Hub - through internal communication channels, training, utilising your internal networks and stakeholder engagement forums.
- Analysis of client and prospect data and feedback through dashboards, regular reporting and presentations to deliver relevant insights & recommendations to client teams and the wider business.
Key Technical / Knowledge:
Essential:
- Good interpersonal skills and able to engage appropriately with stakeholders, confident to liaise with colleagues across the business.
- Highly pro-active, self-motivated, resourceful.
- Good organisational skills and able to work through tasks to meet required timescales.
- Strong IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Attention to detail and careful proofreading.
- Good level of numeracy and ability to analyse information, including data manipulation.
- Ability to work as a part of a team and also work autonomously.
- Works successfully in virtual teams.
Desirable:
- 1+ years’ previous experience in relevant position
- Experience of working in professional services sector / legal services.
- Experience using CRM systems and/or other technology platforms to manage and report on project progress and analysis of findings
