DAC Beachcroft - Marketing Manager 

Join our team as a dynamic Marketing Manager and take charge of developing and executing strategic marketing plans that elevate our brand, drive client engagement, and fuel business growth.

With a particular emphasis on Financial Services and Technology sectors, you'll lead multi-channel campaigns, manage strategic partnerships and events, and use data insights to refine our marketing strategies. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you'll ensure all activities align with our brand and continuously enhance our approach based on client feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and review multi-channel marketing campaigns in support of the commercial growth of our Technology, Financial Services and wider commercial services.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the firm's visibility and lead generation through the leveraging of sponsorships, client partnerships, events, conferences, and more.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance metrics to set KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, utilising data analytics to gain insights into client behaviour and preferences, and informing future marketing strategies by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, clients and industry leaders.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats to inform marketing strategies.
  • Support the firm's brand, ensuring all activities adhere to brand guidelines. Work to expand our brand's visibility, and improve market positioning. Evolving targeted audience messaging, and implementation of visual identity.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external agencies to produce compelling audience-tailored content such as articles, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Deploy the firm's SEO, PPC, and social media strategy, leveraging these channels to drive further benefits to the firm.
  • Define the KPIs of sector events, including webinars, conferences and client entertaining, ensuring high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work with the events team to coordinate logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
  • Work with our Client Listening team to collect client feedback and improve marketing efforts and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Technical Knowledge

  • Understanding of the Technology, or Financial Services sectors is ideal.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and experience with marketing automation platforms are required.
  • Excellent content development skills with a focus on creating targeted thought leadership.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to ensure effective communication and alignment of content with business objectives.
  • Experience in balancing the management of multiple multi-channel marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client engagement tools.
  • Ability to lead, motivate and develop direct reports.
  • Confident working at pace; with project planning and management skills.
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and independent judgment with excellent troubleshooting, decision-making, and follow-through skills.
  • A flexible mind-set focusing on the delivery of objectives rather than process-oriented.
