Marketing Coordinator

Job Introduction

Working within Clients & Markets, this role will support our Business Advisory Group sector marketing and business development initiatives.

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract. 

Role Responsibility

  • Provide vital support on the delivery of sector marketing activity, including the production of newsletters (internal and external), e-alerts, capability statements, brochures and other branded materials
  • Support the Sector Marketing Manager on the progression of key marketing projects including product launches, event sponsorship and exhibitions
  • Supporting on the addition of content to the sector pages of the website and intranet
  • Provide support for key sector events including the creation of invitations, mailing lists and post-event communications
  • Dealing with queries into the Clients & Markets Helpdesk
  • General administrative support including the organising of marketing and business development meetings

The Ideal Candidate

  • Be able to plan their time effectively, prioritising workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Be able to communicate clearly and confidently with people across all area of the business on the phone, in written communication and in person
  • Have strong writing skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences and channels
  • Have experience of working with CMS systems and email sharing platforms
  • Have strong InDesign, and client data management skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint (essential)
