Client Coordinator

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Coordinator to join our Clients & Markets team, working closely with the Head of Business Development and BD Team to drive our client development programme. The role also provides support to a number of client  frameworks and supports the firmwide strategy to deliver “bespoke solutions, one client at a time”.

The Client Coordinator vacancy is open to all DAC Beachcroft office locations.

Role Responsibility

  • Support with the development and implementation of the client programme, including assisting with BD & framework client opportunities and client listening programme.
  • Coordinate and manage client framework appointments. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business and client contacts to provide support on reporting and added value activity.
  • Work with Sector teams and BD team to create a target list and action plan for identified organisations within client frameworks, including tracking in CRM database.
  • Work closely with the Bid team to understand agreed tender promises for framework clients, and review and track value added services, including training, secondments etc
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports for clients, working with finance and MI teams to populate reports
  • Engage with wider business services teams as needed including finance, MI, risk, HR, IT
  • Assist with the measurement and analysis of client & framework performance to inform decision making
  • Assist with the sharing of client management best practice and promote DACB Sales tools.
  • Suggest ideas, maintain content and assist in the development of the 'DACB Client Engagement Hub'

The Ideal Candidate

  • Have the ability to co-ordinate tasks and projects through prioritising work
  • Be able to communicate clearly and confidently with people across all areas of the business on the phone, in written communication and in person
  • Have strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint (essential), and ideally experience of CRM systems
  • Have high levels of numeracy and analysis (highly competent in spreadsheet data manipulation)
  • Demonstrate the ability to work as a part of a team and also work autonomously
  • Works successfully in virtual teams
