Our Training Contract

 

Our Training Contract will provide you with a blend of technical and personal development.  You'll have a comprehensive personal development plan created in collaboration with our Learning and Development team.  During our training programme, you will have an opportunity to work with market-leading professionals and clients across a range of sectors.  You'll gain early exposure to interesting and challenging work with support from dedicated supervisors.

During your training contract, you will rotate through different practice areas.  In each seat you will be supported by a supervisor and will have regular reviews, set clear objectives and discuss your progress.

 

For the right candidate, we will pay your PPC fees and you will be your paid full salary during your study period.   We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

We are looking for someone with a minimum 2:1 degree who has energy and the drive to succeed, as well as commercial acumen and leadership potential.  We want you to be different, a lateral thinker who welcomes and values different perspectives.
