Our Training Contract
Our Training Contract will provide you with a blend of technical and personal development. During our training programme, you will have an opportunity to work with market-leading professionals and clients across a range of sectors. You'll gain early exposure to interesting and challenging work with support from dedicated supervisors and Partners.
Our Trainees

During your training contract, you will rotate through different practice areas. In each seat you will be supported by a supervisor and will have regular reviews, set clear objectives and discuss your progress.
For the right candidate, we will pay your PPC fees and you will be your paid full salary during your study period. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with a minimum 2:1 degree or non-law graduates who have passed the Preliminary Exam, who has energy and the drive to succeed, as well as commercial acumen and leadership potential. We want you to be different, a lateral thinker who welcomes and values different perspectives.
Timeframes and Application Process:
- The application window closes on 31st January 2025 – to apply you will need to upload a current CV
- Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and outcomes are delivered after the deadline has passed
- Following a successful video interview, you will then be invited to complete an online Critical Thinking Test
- Invites to assessment days will be issued no later than the end of April 2025
- Assessment days will take place on 14th May 2025
- Offers will be made no later than the end of May 2025
