Talent Attraction Administrator - 3 month FTC - People Team - Birmingham

We are looking for a full or part time Talent Attraction Administrator to join our friendly Talent Attraction team on a 3 months fixed term contract. You will sit within our Claims Solutions Group (CSG) People / Talent Attraction team which supports on all recruitment activity across CSG. This is a hybrid role and we are looking for applicants in Birmingham, although would consider candidates nationwide with the relevant experience.

What you will do
- Undertaking administrative activity in support of core recruitment processes which primarily includes posting and managing adverts, arranging interviews, managing the shared Talent Attraction Team inbox and providing ad-hoc support on a range of recruitment led initiatives.
- Acting as a central point of contact for candidates in relation to queries regarding their job applications, offers and on-boarding.
- Developing good working relationships with Talent Attraction Advisors, People Business Partners, members of the HR Service Desk and key operational clients of the Shared Service Centre.
- Proactively suggesting changes to procedures, documentation and standard letters where appropriate.
- Ensuring that People/Talent attraction systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner in line with the Firm's data security protocols.
Who you are
This could be a great entry role into Talent Attraction for someone with administration experience or who is passionate about working in this area, ideally you will have:
- Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience but that not essential, general administration experience would also be advantageous.
- A client service focused approach with an excellent eye for detail and a care for quality and accuracy.
- Experience of working in a fast pace and high volume environment.
- Experience of diary management and applicant tracking systems would also be advantageous.
- Demonstrates alignment with the Firm’s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).
