The successful individual would be exposed to a real mixture of high value work across a number of work types including employers liability, public liability and product liability claims.  You may also assist on some high value motor claims and disease cases, meaning that your training will be across various spectrums of the work, a unique opportunity in today’s market.

We are ideally looking for someone who has some experience of handling employers liability, public liability and disease claims. However experience in all of these areas is not compulsory and nor is the requirement to have worked on higher value claims, provided you have a broad understanding of the litigation process.

As a firm, we actively encourage client engagement and you will be supported as you get to know the clients for whom you will work for. We are genuinely interested in developing our fee earners and will work collaboratively with you as your career at DACB progresses.

This role would be based in our new global headquarters at the Walbrook building in London. The move to Walbrook recognises the importance we place on having a strong London presence, particularly in relation to defendant litigation.

  • A willingness to build relationships with clients.
