Recruitment Administrator

Job Introduction

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established internal recruitment team - We currently have a Recruitment Manager and 4 Recruitment Advisors who oversee recruitment matters for our UK business, as well as some of our international offices. We pride ourselves on providing a first class recruitment service and are passionate about developing and supporting each member of the team. We invest in our new team members and will provide full training as well as assigning a buddy to provide support in the early stages of your time with us.

Role Responsibility

The Recruitment Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Recruitment team, with a strong emphasis on internal client service, whilst working as part of the wider HR function.

• Undertake administrative activity in support of core HR recruitment processes which includes arranging interviews, producing offer paperwork, processing pre-employment screening and dealing with returned offer paperwork.
• Generate standard HR correspondence to support resourcing processes in response to requests from HR Business Partners, HR Expert Centre colleagues or clients within the Firm.
• Act as a central point of contact for candidates in relation to queries regarding their job applications, offers and pre-employment screening.
• Ensure that HR/recruitment systems are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
• Develop good working relationships with Recruitment Advisors, HR Business Partners, members of the HR Expert Centre and key operational clients of the Shared Service Centre.
• Work closely with Recruitment Advisors to support with key elements of the recruitment cycle.
• Accurate and timely processing of recruitment requests in accordance with agreed timescales.
• Proactively suggest changes to procedures, documentation and standard letters where appropriate.
• Handle confidential information in line with the Firm's data security protocols.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience is desirable, ideally within a service delivery and team environment.
• Confident communicator – at ease when talking to candidates and internal clients on the phone. 
• Experience of working in a fast pace and high volume environment would be helpful
• Must have excellent IT literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word packages.
• A client service focused approach with an excellent eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy.
• Team oriented and collaborative with a flexible, can do attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to multitask and prioritise a full workload under pressure and the ability to work independently.
• Experience of diary management and applicant tracking systems would be advantageous.
