Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft is launching a new programme: Reconnect: A life that works as you return to the law.  The programme is aimed at lawyers who have taken time away from the law and who are now considering a return to a career in private practice.  The firm has successfully recruited and retained a number of returners in recent years and is an active and enthusiastic supporter of returnships.

The Ideal Candidate

The Reconnect programme offers mentoring and support for colleagues who are returning to work through our partnership with Women Returners, the return to work market leaders and pioneers of returnships in the UK, and from our team of DACB Back to Work mentors, one of whom is a Back to Law Ambassador for the Law Society’s scheme. You can find out more about Eleanor’s story here

If you are a qualified legal professional who has taken time out from law and are looking to return then DAC Beachcroft would love to hear from you.
