Paralegal - Immigration, Bristol

Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft is looking to recruit an immigration Paralegal to join its growing immigration practice.

Based in Bristol, the successful candidates will work closely with the Head of Immigration advising businesses and their employees on a range of immigration matters including:

• Visa applications under Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 5, UK Ancestry, Representative of an Overseas Business
• Partner visas
• Indefinite Leave to Remain
• Visitor visas
• The rights of European nationals
• Sponsor licensing
• Compliance
• Preventing illegal working.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience of working as a Paralegal would be beneficial
• A keen interest in pursuing a career in Immigration Law
• A confident communicator.
• Able to deal effectively with internal and external contacts in both verbal and written communication in a clear concise and friendly manner
• An eye for quality and sound IT skills
• A flexible and self-motivated team player
• Graduate in law or related subject/CPE
