Marketing Executive - London

Job Introduction

DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for a creative and knowledgeable Marketing Executive to join our wider Clients & Markets team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will follow a hybrid working model based out of our centrally located London office and will suit someone who has one or two years' worth of experience in a similar role, who's looking for a fresh challenge.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be an integral role as part of our dynamic marketing team. The individual will be responsible for supporting our marketing team's campaign activity, and will require a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively.

Working as part of the central marketing team, this role supports the firm in a flexible resourcing environment but has a particular focus on the Insurance sector.

Role Responsibility

  • Work autonomously to plan, and execute select marketing campaigns and partnerships, tracking ROI and relevant KPIs.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support in developing and implementing key strategic multi-channel campaigns or initiatives for the Insurance sector.
  • Assist in the creation of campaign assets, including campaign landing pages, social and paid media campaigns, etc.
  • Work with subject matter experts to support the development of marketing collateral and promotional material such as brochures, and flyers.
  • Assist with the maintenance of the content library, ensuring marketing materials are organised and readily accessible.
  • Produce marketing emails including the copywriting and proofing of email content.
  • Manage email distribution lists, segmenting as needed for targeted communication.
  • Utilise email marketing software, and CRM to launch personalised and automated email marketing campaigns/journeys, monitoring engagement metrics, and driving optimisation.
  • Work with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Operations team to implement personalisation strategies delivering tailored content and messaging to target audiences.
  • Assist with the scoping and promotion of events, and occasionally support in-person events. This may require infrequent evening work.
  • Interest in, and understanding of video and multimedia content creation.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the insurance sector's landscape, challenges, and opportunities to enable assistance with research on current market trends, prospective clients, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Work collaborating with the wider Marketing & Events team to leverage resources, ideas, and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Creativity, and interest in design is a plus.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Concep, Vuture).
  • Understanding of how to use marketing analytics to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge and experience of using marketing automation tools such as Sitecore, or Hubspot is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to work both autonomously, and as part of a team.
  • Superb organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, whilst maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in professional services or law firm marketing is a plus.
