Marketing Coordinator

Job Introduction

Working as part of the Health and Real Estate sector team's, this role will support our marketing and business development initiatives in these priority sectors. 

Please note this is a 12 months fixed term contract. 

Role Responsibility

  • Provide vital support to the RE and health sectors on the broad range of marketing needs with a particular focus on communications projects, working with sector team / central communications accordingly
  • Supporting the sector marketing managers on the progression of key marketing projects including thought leadership, product launches, event sponsorship and exhibitions
  • Work with Communications Manager and Head of Sector BD on developing our approach and the efficacy of external communications. This covers e-comms, social media and crucially supporting the development of the digital offering of our market leading Health Adviser publication
  • Liaison with third parties and suppliers including event organisers and design/content agencies
  • Providing support for key Health and Real Estate events
  • Supporting the addition of content to the Health and Real Estate sector pages of the website
  • Supporting the Sector Communications Manager in maintaining an active social media presence across the Health and Real Estate sectors (LinkedIn, twitter etc.)
  • Support the Business Development Executive in health and the Directories Manager to ensure that health directories are submitted to a high level
  • Dealing with queries into the Clients & Markets Helpdesk

The Ideal Candidate

  • Be able to plan their time effectively, prioritising workload to meet agreed deadlines
  • Be able to communicate clearly and confidently with people across all area of the business on the phone, in written communication and in person
  • Have strong writing skills and the ability to adapt style to different audiences and channels
  • Have experience of working with CMS systems and email sharing platforms
  • Have strong InDesign and client data management skills
  • Strong computer literacy, including Excel, Word & PowerPoint (essential)
