Marketing Coordinator

Job Introduction

To support Claims Solutions Group (CSG) in delivering key campaigns which support the growth and development of the business. Working within the CSG Marketing and Business Development team, the role will work closely with our Motor Service Line, Products and Technical Service Heads, and assist with the production of thought leadership publications, product innovations, digital communication and events. The role will also work with the wider business as part of the Clients & Markets team, but also assist with opportunities which span across both the LLP Insurance and CSG clients.

Role Responsibility

  • To help execute marketing campaigns which support the growth of our core service lines through innovative new product development, event support and creative projects
  • To support the preparation of monthly and annual campaign calendars which outline the forthcoming events and marketing activities
  • Production and result-tracking of newsletters and e-publications through Vuture
  • Collaboratively ensure the effective management of our social media channels
  • To assist with research on current market trends, prospective clients, and competitor benchmarking
  • Work closely with our PR manager to help identify opportunities to distribute content
  • Creation of marketing literature, such as brochures, team sheets, capability statements and event materials
  • Assisting with digital marketing, for example ensuring CSG’s website content is up to date, and developing new optimised content
  • Working closely with stakeholders to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of creative projects such as animations, training videos and infographics
  • Supporting on internal comms campaigns to effectively distribute information and provide updates throughout the business on key information or new innovations 
  • Identify opportunities to continuously develop our reputation as an innovative and market leading business

The Ideal Candidate

  • Strong team ethic, and ability to work collaboratively with peers and colleagues beyond their immediate team
  • Able to demonstrate an understanding of the insurance claims’ market, and the diverse products and segments within Claims Solutions Group
  • Effective time management, and prioritisation skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Highly organised
  • Keen writing, proofing, and editing skills
  • Highly creative, with strong attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management
  • Social media management and content creation
  • Experience in digital content production, highly desirable but not essential
  • Understanding of Google Analytics highly desirable, but not essential
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), CRM systems such as OnePlace or Salesforce, and Vuture is desirable
