Marketing and Content Coordinator - Bristol
Job Introduction
DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our Clients and Markets content team, on a full-time, permanent, hybrid basis in our Bristol office. This role would be best suited to someone with a passion for marketing and either some experience in a similar role or a relevant degree.
Reporting to the Marketing Content Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will provide a key role supporting our marketing team's campaigns and activities. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can collaborate effectively to support successful marketing initiatives and drive engagement.
Working as part of the central marketing team, this role supports all business sectors in a flexible resourcing environment.

Role Responsibility
Marketing Campaign Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Assist in the creation of campaign assets such as landing pages, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Working with the Communications team to leverage social media channels.
- Support the tracking and reporting of campaign effectiveness and KPIs.
Email Marketing:
- Work as a centralised point of contact for the team this role will create, edit and distribute our marketing emails, including client alerts, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team and fee earning community to gather necessary information and assets for email campaigns.
- Manage email distribution lists, segmenting as needed for targeted communication.
- Monitor and report on email performance metrics, including open rates, click rates, and engagement.
Video Editing and Webinars:
- Edit videos and webinars, ensuring high-quality content for distribution.
- Collaborate with content creators and subject matter experts to produce engaging video content.
- Edit webinar videos, and on-demand content to ensure a high-quality output.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor and analyse email marketing KPIs, providing regular reports to Marketing Managers to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to assess campaign effectiveness and share insights.
Content Management:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of our marketing hub and library, ensuring marketing materials are organised and readily accessible.
- Support content updates on the firm's website and other platforms.
Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content and materials for marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including scheduling, coordination, and documentation.
- Dealing reactively to marketing support requests from lawyers and other internal stakeholders from across the business.
The Ideal Candidate
- Understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and analytics tools (Google Analytics) is desired.
- Experience in editing videos.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is desired.
- An awareness of digital marketing, with an interest in developing their skills.
