Key Accounts Administrator

Job Introduction

Our finance team provides support to the firm in management accounting, billing, credit control, purchase and payments management and budgeting as well as providing financial compliance input to support the firm's strategic decision-making processes. The finance team plays a vital role in managing risk and financial performance for the firm.

The Credit Control team structure is as follows: Credit Control Manager, Credit Control Supervisor, 20 Credit Controllers and one Administrator.

Role Responsibility

  • Assisting with Key client's general administration.
  • Managing personal email boxes; ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
  • Copy bills and supporting documents (internally & externally – where requested).
  • Dealing with incoming calls and subsequent queries where appropriate.
  • Working closely with the key client credit controllers.
  • Help manage data amendments from the clients perspective and internally.
  • Assisting with project work being completed on Key accounts.
  • Client chasing to assist with Credit Controller.
  • Confident in own ability and able to look for a resolution prior to escalating.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in dealing with high work volumes at a fast pace.
  • Able to build good working relationships quickly externally and internally.
  • An effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Experience in accounting/financial concepts is required and credit control experience would be preferred.
  • Good Excel, Word and PDF skills.
  • Self-motivated and focused with attention to detail.
  • A team player but able to use own initiative.
