International Business Development Executive - London

Job Introduction

DACBeachcroft has an exciting opportunity for an International Business Development Executive to join our Clients & Markets (C&M) team, working closely with the C&M International Business Partner, Business Development and wider C&M Team to support DACB's international offices in their day to day BD activities and contribute to the international growth strategy.
The International BD Executive (IBDE) will be based in our London office on a permanent, full-time, hybrid basis.

What you'll be doing...
  • Assist our international teams in the preparation of BD plans providing both strategic and tactical support.
  • Assist in the preparation of formal and informal proposals / presentations in response to BD opportunities working with the international, BD and Bids teams as required.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of client plans to identify international opportunities and ensure the promotion of cross jurisdictional expertise.
  • Support the international offices in a variety of client facing BD activities, including events.
  • Assist in the communication and cascade of BD & Sales tools and client engagement initiatives (client plans, portals, BD training) to our international offices to maximise engagement 
  • Suggest ideas, maintain and develop the information/tools held on the ‘DACB Client Engagement Hub' to enable client conversations, and promote the cross selling of international products and services.
Market intelligence and client data 
  • Act as the international offices’ “CRM champion”, able to share and update/amend data as required. Support tasks such as competitor analysis and client intelligence.
  • Assist in the analysis of key client and prospect data and dashboard reporting.
International development
  • Assist the international teams with activities related to the opening and development of international offices.
  • Work with new colleagues joining our international offices to promote their expertise internally and ensure integration of their services into relevant BD plans and initiatives

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage appropriately with stakeholders, confident to make contact and liaise with colleagues in UK and international offices
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Strong networking skills - ability to connect the right people to opportunities
  • Highly pro-active, self-motivated, resourceful
  • Works successfully in virtual teams
  • Knowledge of Spanish, French and/or Italian would be a distinct advantage
  • Previous knowledge of Intapp, Salesforce or other CRM systems would be an advantage.
