Immigration Senior Caseworker (3+ Years Experience) Leeds/Newcastle

Job Introduction

Top 50 international law firm DAC Beachcroft LLP is looking to recruit a Senior Caseworker to  join its growing Immigration practice.

Role Responsibility

Based in Leeds or Newcastle, the successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Immigration advising businesses and their employees on a range of immigration matters including:

  • Visa applications under Tier 1, Skilled Worker, Tier 5, UK Ancestry;
  • Representative of an Overseas Business;
  • Partner visas;
  • Indefinite Leave to Remain;
  • Visitor visas;
  • Sponsor licensing;
  • Compliance; and
  • Preventing illegal working.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience of working as a Paralegal/Caseworker in Immigration law (ideally at least 3 years experience) 
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career in Immigration Law 
  • A confident communicator.  Able to deal effectively with internal and external contacts in both verbal and written communication in a clear concise and friendly manner
  • An eye for quality and sound IT skills
  • A flexible and self-motivated team player
  • Graduate in law or related subject/CPE
