HR Advisor 3 month FTC

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor on a 3 month FTC basis to join our fantastic HR team in central Bristol working in LLP. The HR Advisor will be working closely with management, colleagues and the relevant HR Business Partners

Role Responsibility

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with key annual processes including the promotions process, salary review and bonus payments
  • Supporting the HR Business Partner with general HR related project work including  projects related to lateral hires, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, reward and recognition, learning and development and role profiling.
  • Involvement in resolving more queries which are escalated from the HR Operations Team.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc or regular reports, including appropriate analysis of information where required.
  • General admin support as and when required to the HRBP team.

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally of graduate calibre but not essential, with minimum 5 GCSE passes including English and Maths
  • A CIPD qualification, or part qualification, is desirable but not essential as is the ability to understand a professional services business environment
  • A good understanding of general Employee Relations principles and practices, along with some experience in recruitment and Learning and Development is desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects
  • Well organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deal calmly with the pressure of deadlines and conflicting priorities
  • Team oriented, flexible and enthusiastic with a positive and committed approach
  • Reliable and able to work on own initiative, with good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong IT literacy
