HR Administrator

Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint an HR Administrator to join the Claims Solutions Group (CSG) HR Dedicated Services team on a 6 month fixed term contract, located in either the Bristol or Birmingham office, with regular opportunities for home working.  You will be responsible for managing and responding to a wide range of HR and recruitment related enquiries raised by HRBPs, colleagues and managers.

Role Responsibility

  • Collaborate as part of the CSG HR Dedicated Services team and wider HR department, using the systems in place to manage and respond to enquiries raised by colleagues and managers within the firm.
  • Providing administrative support to key annual processes including the promotions process, salary review and quarterly bonus payments.
  • Supporting general HR related project work including projects related to lateral hires, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, reward and recognition, learning and development and role profiling.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc or regular reports, including appropriate analysis of information where required.
  • Regularly updating Claims Solutions Group structure charts.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of HR systems such as our Performance Management tool, Performance Leader.
  • Undertaking administrative activity in support of core HR recruitment processes which primarily includes posting and managing recruitment adverts, arranging interviews, managing the shared Recruitment Team inbox and providing ad-hoc support on a range of recruitment led initiatives.
  • Acting as a central point of contact for candidates in relation to queries regarding their job applications, offers and on-boarding.
  • Developing long-lasting working relationships with the other HR teams – ER, Reward, Recruitment, L&D and HR Business Partners
  • Accurate and timely processing of requests in accordance with agreed SLAs
  • Proactively identify and contribute to enhancements to processes in order to improve team efficiency
  • Handling confidential information in line with the firms data security protocols
  • Communicate effectively with the business to provide a professional and high quality service provision

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous HR/Recruitment administration experience is advantageous, ideally within a service delivery and team environment
  • A client service-focused approach with an excellent eye for detail and a concern for quality and accuracy
  • Experience in delivering outstanding customer service and a confident communicator
  • Team oriented and collaborative with a flexible, can do attitude
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise a full workload under pressure and the capability to work on own initiative
  • Must have excellent IT literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Experience of operational HR/Recruitment systems is desirable
  • CIPD qualified, or working towards qualification
