E-Billing Supervisor - Bristol

Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft is looking to appoint an E-Billing Supervisor to join our busy Finance Team in Bristol.

You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the E-billing team with the ability to motivate and develop the e-billing team members and deliver exceptional client service to key stakeholders.  Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the E-billing Supervisor will be a key point of contact for the practice areas and the Client Relationship Partners (CRP), reporting on e-billing submissions and non-compliance with client SLAs.

Role Responsibility

  • Day to day supervision of team to ensure full coverage of e-billing ledgers
  • Team development, coaching and training
  • Ensuring client guidelines and specified timescales for submissions and rejections are met and exceeded
  • Continuous monitoring of process flows to ensure these are as efficient and effective as possible and playbooks are kept up to date
  • On-boarding and implementing of new e-billing clients, liaising with the relevant stakeholders
  • Producing monthly reporting on e-billing ledgers including bill statuses
  • Regular meetings with the CRPs to discuss the monthly reporting, areas of focus, no-compliance and potential resolutions
  • Providing regular feedback to the Revenue Manager
  • Working with the other E-billing Supervisor, sharing knowledge and potential issues
  • Building and maintaining working relationships with the business to ensure effective instruction to cash processing

The Ideal Candidate

 Essential:

  • Experience in team supervision and mentoring
  • Experience of e-billing environments including the use of e-billing platforms
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • Ability to be productive without oversight
  • Proactive approach to problem solving

Desirable:

  • Prior experience working in a law firm finance role
  • Good working knowledge of our practice management system 3E
