Document Production Coordinator - Bristol
Job Introduction
DACBeachcroft is looking for a, knowledgeable design wizz to join our Clients and Markets team as a Document Production Coordinator. This role will be best suited to someone entry level, potentially a recent graduate looking to get into and work their way up in the world of marketing and design. This role is full-time, permanent and hybrid, based in our centrally located Bristol office.
Reporting to the Design Lead, the Document Production Co-ordinator will be part of the Design team, responsible for producing visually compelling marketing and BD collateral such as brochures, flyers and other promotional material. This role will require excellent attention to detail, proficiency in design software and Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to work collaboratively across a number of teams.

Role Responsibility
Collateral Creation:
- Use InDesign and PowerPoint templates to produce visually appealing marketing brochures, team sheets, presentations and other materials.
- Collaborate with the (Marketing) Content Manager to input pre-drafted content into templates while ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Identify and employ graphics, images, and illustrations to enhance collateral's visual appeal.
- Format and organise content to optimise readability, and accessibility.
- Proofread content to ensure high-quality brand standards are upheld.
- Management of copy amendments to documents and collateral produced by central design team.
Brand Consistency:
- Ensure high quality brand standards are met, maintaining brand consistency throughout all design projects, whilst working to tight deadlines.
- Ensure the accurate, and consistent employment of brand guidelines, ensuring all collateral accurately reflects the firm's visual identity and messaging.
- Work closely with the design and content teams to refine templates and reflect consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
Project Coordination:
- Manage a pipeline of work using Monday.com software and be responsible for projects and delivery of work.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, seek review and approval, and finalise content.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on all collateral before finalising and distributing to relevant teams/requestors.
- Ensure accuracy of information, formatting, and design elements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align collateral creation with overall marketing strategies.
- Seek feedback and implement revisions based on input from team members.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign is essential.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts using design best practice.
- Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Ability to quality control own work and review own work.
Good written and verbal communication skills. - Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving requirements.
