Digital and Brand Coordinator

Job Introduction

DAC Beachcroft LLP are currently recruiting for a Digital and Brand Coordinator to provide support to the Brand and Content team  based in Bristol, including administrative support, updating brand assets and gathering data.

The Digital and Brand Coordinator will report to the Brand and Content Manager

Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9.00-5.00

The ideal candidate will have basic understanding of web optimisation, SEO and understand basic principles of brand management. 

Role Responsibility

  • Provide ongoing support for colleagues in Clients and Markets and the wider business in relation to branded assets, collateral, Brand Shop and the Brand & Client Engagement Hub.
  • Support the Digital and Brand Executive and Brand and Content Manager in producing updated brand assets (brand guidelines, image stock, logo files, templates, etc).
  • Support the Digital and Brand Executive and Brand and Content Manager in updating existing communication documents using Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (training provided if needed).
  • Provide administrative support by updating the DACB digital estate, including the corporate site, The Brand and Client Engagement Hub, microsites and Google My Business accounts when required.
  • Assist in gathering analytical data for web analytics reports for the Brand and Content Manager and wider business.
  • Suggest ideas for optimisation and improvement of the firms digital assets, including the corporate site, Brand and Client Engagement Hub and associated microsites.
  • Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Good organisational skills and a genuine interest in working in digital marketing, with a focus on design, websites and analytics.
  • Good interpersonal skills and be able to engage appropriately with colleagues in UK and international offices.
  • Basic understanding of analytical skills, and be willing to learn more advanced skills in Excel, web analytics software, including Google Analytics, heat mapping tools and SEO programmes.
  • Basic understanding of web optimisation, SEO and digital touchpoints.
  • Willingness to learn how to use technology to improve and enhance DACB digital touchpoints to increase visibility, engagement and commercial opportunities.
  • Ability to deal with external suppliers in an efficient, professional and effective manner.
  • Understand basic principles of brand management, design and production processes for multi-channel communications including print, signage and digital.
  • Basic ability of using Adobe Creative Cloud programmes.
  • Experience of using best practice, process management and risk mitigation in achieving quality and consistency within an organisation.
