Data Analyst - Leeds, Manchester or Bristol office (flexible working model)

Job Introduction

Our Real Estate Team covers every aspect of commercial real estate work including planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant and dispute resolution. Clients include property management and development companies, health trusts and government bodies (local and central), owner occupiers and institutions, both in the UK and overseas.

Role Responsibility

Increasingly, our work for our client’s particular where we are acting on Portfolio clients requires us to spot trends, track market and transaction data and add intelligence through horizon scanning. To support with this we are now recruiting for a Data Analyst to join our team with a “home office” based in either the Leeds, Manchester or Bristol office (flexible working model). The successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of business, client and market data within the Real Estate Group

The Ideal Candidate

• Manipulate, analyse and interpret data sets relating to the client’s business, with a particular focus on retail and portfolio transactions including predictive and outcomes modelling.
• Draw valid inferences from analysis and presenting them successfully to management.
• Create data dashboards, graphs and visualisations.
• Prepare client reports showing data analysis in simple graphics and deliver presentations to inform internal and external clients.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure accurate data capture, monitoring, validation and reporting within the business, and to source relevant up-to-date market intelligence. 
• Working with colleagues to develop innovative analytics solutions, implement new intelligence processes and small projects.
